Add to Memories Tell a Friend
 my day;
woke up, had a ciggarette , decided i would fast.
lied to mum about eating bfast and lunch. 
then fucked up my fast
had yoghurt jelly and a banana.
mum brought home a chocolate bar, i had it
said i was going to the gym; on the way there i bought 2 blocks of chocolate.
binged on one, purged it at the gym, then did one hour on the treadmill (running)
bad cramps.
on teh way home binged on the other block, purged in the shower.
took laxatives. their kicking in now..
argh.
back to school tomorrow..
i always eat less during school terms... im going to stop b/p ..
i will do it.. 
fasting tomorrow .. i can easily get away with it
and i can get away with it wednesday and thursday too... so il try

on my way to the gym, i went to the shops and stole laxatives .. 
im working early tomorrow morning, so im guna take them in the morning so they kick in tomorrow arvo.. 
fasting tomorrow too, and will go to the gym at night .. so hoppefullly il drop fast ! i NEED this control. it makes me sad..and more determined.. to think what i used to be, when it would just be second nature not to eat..

but i was going to fast today .. didn’t happen
Jelly – 30 cals
2 yoghurts – 160 cals
muesli bar – 150 cals
total – 340
im going to the gym tonight.. burn about 1000, so that makes it – 660.
